This site accepts all mayor credit cards and Paypal. You can use any visa or debit card with Paypal if you prefer and you do not have to register with Paypal in order to make a purchase and receive your goods.
You have 15 calendar days from date of delivery to make your return for exchange or store credit. Please contact Lily at email@example.com to make her aware of your return and your reason. Item must be returned in its original state - Unworn, Original Tags, Free of Oder. For exchange items You (the buyer) will ship back the return item to:

Once your order is ready for shipping we will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provide when checking out. For domestic buyers please allow up to 7 business days for delivery and international buyers please allow up to 14 business days for deliveries.
If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us with your name and order number so we may resolve the issue.
We are not liable for custom fees or import taxes imposed by your country.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos to email@example.com and we will process a refund claim.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $15 administration fee whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
Please note that hair accessories are final sale.
