Thank you for supporting Lil' Lou Lou! Every order is carefully packed from my Southern California studio. Whether you're ordering a ready-to-ship favorite or a made-to-order piece, I want you to know exactly what to expect before your package arrives.

Payment
Lil' Lou Lou accepts all major credit cards, debit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, and other payment methods available at checkout.

Processing & Shipping
Ready-to-Ship Items
Ready-to-ship orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.
Made-to-Order Items
Some Lil' Lou Lou pieces are made to order. Production times vary by item and are listed on each product page before purchase.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping
Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
Please note that shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
Lil' Lou Lou is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges may be requested within 15 calendar days of delivery.
Eligible items must be:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In their original condition
• Original tags attached
• Free of odors, pet hair, or damage
Please contact me before sending your return so I can provide return instructions.

Final Sale Items
Hair accessories are final sale for hygiene reasons.

Damaged Orders
If your package arrives damaged, please email photos of both the packaging and the item within 48 hours of delivery so I can work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase.
After that time, a $15 cancellation fee may apply to cover administrative and processing costs.
